Trump Media isn’t just tweeting hot takes these days—they’re diving headfirst into the crypto pool. The company has signed a non-binding agreement with crypto exchange Crypto.com. Conversely, to roll out a series of ETFs featuring digital assets and securities. And in true Trump style, it’s all branded with a “Made in America” twist.
Trump Media, along with Trump Technology Group Corp (TMTG)—the brains behind Truth Social and the fintech platform Truth.Fi—will work with Crypto.com’s broker-dealer, Foris Capital US LLC, to launch the ETFs later this year. The plan is to offer these investment vehicles in the US and across Europe and Asia on existing brokerage platforms. According to Crypto.com co-founder and CEO Kris Marszalek, once launched, these ETFs will be available through the Crypto.com app for their more than 140 million global users.
The ETFs are set to include a basket of tokens such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), and Cronos (CRO). Crypto.com will handle all the heavy lifting with infrastructure and custody services needed to supply the cryptocurrencies for the ETFs.
While this new venture sounds like just another shiny Trump initiative, it’s stirring up plenty of chatter. On one hand, it shows that the former president’s media conglomerate is stepping up its game in the space. Conversely, it adds a fresh twist to Trump’s already colorful portfolio of crypto-related endeavors. This comes hot on the heels of other ventures like the Official Trump (TRUMP) memecoin—which critics have slammed as a “money grab” that netted over $100 million in trading fees per House Representative Gerald Connolly—and other eyebrow-raising projects.

Regulatory approval remains a hurdle, but if everything goes as planned, the new ETFs will join the list of bold moves, proving once again that when Trump Media plays in the digital asset sandbox, it does so with unmistakable flair.
